I just used a watercolor effect on this self portrait that I took. I love how it turned out!
Some on flickr have voiced disapproval of the thickness of the watercolor effect but I think it really adds to the picture. It gives it more depth and character.
What do you think?

I would have to say that almost any effect is cool on any picture. To be able to distort something from it's original form is KEWL! I like it.
